As part of the European Maritime Day, on the 21 and 22 May 3013 an exhibition to be set-up by stakeholders shall be organised at the ‘Sacra Infermeria’ Hall of the Mediterranean Conference Centre, close to the conference rooms and the coffee/lunch areas.
Stakeholders play a central role in the development and growth of the EU’s maritime sectors and the exhibition offers a great opportunity to get directly involved in the European Maritime Day and all it represents.
The exhibition will be an area where exhibitors and delegates to the European Maritime Conference can meet, exchange experience and discuss best practices in areas that are directly or indirectly related to the EU’s maritime dimension. Our ambition is to create a cutting edge exhibition with interaction and topics that are relevant to Blue Growth and the EU’s Integrated Maritime Policy with particular emphasis to be given to the main theme of the European Maritime Day 2013 – coastal management and sustainable maritime tourism as an investment for blue growth.
Stakeholders are encouraged to submit applications for participating in the Exhibition by filling-in and submitting the Exhibition Application Form.
Stakeholders are encouraged to consider the following criteria when submitting an application for the exhibition:
How their exhibition addresses the integration of policies affecting the seas and coasts
How the European dimension, and the theme of the conference will be included.
Describe how you will communicate the exhibition and the level of interaction.
